MyHero Cares Program

Empowering First Responders. Supporting Families. Saving Lives.

The MyHero Cares Program is designed to ensure children with complex medical needs receive the best care possible during an emergency. Parents can securely enroll their child and provide essential medical information that will be used to create a Personalized Medical Face Sheet.

When a 911 call is made, this face sheet is immediately sent to the responding EMS team, equipping them with critical details to deliver the right care quickly and effectively.

In addition to supporting emergency response, the program also collaborates with utility providers and emergency management agencies to identify the unique needs of vulnerable citizens in their jurisdictions. This proactive approach enhances disaster preparedness and ensures families are prioritized during power outages or community-wide emergencies.

Why Enroll?

  • Peace of mind knowing first responders will have immediate access to vital medical information.
  • Improved coordination during emergencies for faster, life-saving care.
  • Support for families during disasters and power disruptions.

By participating in the MyHero Cares Program, you’re empowering first responders, strengthening community preparedness, and ensuring your child’s unique needs are recognized when it matters most.
